Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase with Hoffman Fine Chemicals – we strive to deliver you the best in quality and value.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer returns where the product you received is not as described, defective, damaged, you received the wrong product, or you did not receive the product. We offer returns where the product is non-defective where you can provide acceptable evidence that the product no longer suits your research requirements.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be unused.

 

Shipping

To start a return, please contact us at sales@hoffmanchemicals.com and provide proof of purchase as well as a brief description of whether the product was not as described, defective, damaged, received the wrong product or you did not receive the product.

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review your return request. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package – there is no charge for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your package, your product will be examined, and if approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges, meaning that rather than receiving a refund, you can exchange your product for another product. The new product price will be offset by the price of the original product, with any excess amount refunded to you.
