Application Process
Whether this is your first career, or your next career, the application process can be an involved one, but it's an opportunity for you to get to know our mission and culture – and for us to understand a little bit more about you.
Here's a quick snapshot of the HFC application process.
1. Search & Apply
The first step is to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) on the Careers page.
2. Employee Referrals
If an HFC employee has referred you for a position, you will receive an email notification at the address provided by your referrer. This email will contain instructions and a link to apply. You must use this link to complete your referral application successfully.
3. Application Review
“Under consideration” means your application is under detailed review by the recruiter.
4. Interview
The interview process is currently underway. A representative will reach out to you to arrange your interview. Once you have completed the interview, you will receive feedback from the hiring department.
5. Offer
This status indicates that you have accepted an offer and will be contacted by an HFC representative with further details.
6. Pre-Employment Processing
Your pre-employment processing is in progress. Once completed, you will officially become the newest member of the HFC team!
