Unless if you have specified that you would like us to use your FedEx/DHL/UPS account, you will be given a flat rate of postage based on your geographical location. This rate is based upon orders up to 1 lb - should your order exceed 1lb, our Supply Chain team will reach out to you with a revised postage fee based upon the actual order weight.

Additionally, if the items you ordered are Dangerous Goods, a Hazmat fee may be applied to each Dangerous Good that you order - we will reach out to you should this fee apply to your order. Under this circumstance, the initial shipping fee you pay on our website upon placing your order will not be the final shipping fee, as a HazMat fee may need to be applied on top of the initial shipping fee.

Upon dispatch, it typically takes our shipping partners 2-10 business days to deliver the goods to our valued customers doors - 2 to 5 business days for Express Air Freight, and 5 to 10 business days for Standard Air Freight.

HazMat Fee

There will be a HazMat fee per item to ship dangerous good, however, this fee can be waived if one of the following is true:

• The package is shipped via FedEx Ground; OR
• Each bottle is in Excepted Quantity, which is up to 1g for Class 6.1 Packing Group I or II, and up to 25g for all other HazMat items.

In order to waive the HazMat fee, we will attempt to distribute your order into packages that each fall at or below the Excepted Quantity. For example, we may pack a 5g order of a Class 6.1 Packing Group II item as 5 bottles, with each bottle containing 1g of the goods, hence, each bottle meets the Excepted Quantity of 1g and the HazMat Fee is waived. Should our valued customers order any other HazMat items we have, say at 50 grams, we may distribute this amount into 2 bottles, with each bottle containing 25g of the goods, hence, each bottle meets the Excepted Quantity of 25g and the HazMat Fee is waived. If you would not like your HazMat items to be distributed into Excepted Quantity packaging, please advise us as soon as you place an order.
